If your phone has a sound issue (echo, crackling, low volume, etc.) please ensure your NIMA speaker is not too close to your mobile phone or device.
There may be interference with the phone function to the caller or receiver.
Please try these troubleshooting steps:
- Please move the NIMA speaker away from your device a few feet.
- Please hang up and try making the call again.
- Please also ensure the speaker is fully charged (charge upto 6 hours).
